Peak - You can use Vivacity fitness centres any day at any time within our venue opening hours

Off peak - You have reduced access to Vivacity fitness centres, Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4pm

Day pass - Receive full use of the fitness centre and services for 1 day

Freezing your membership 

You can freeze your membership at Vivacity anytime for between 1 and 3 months, to a maximum of 3 months per year.  For each month of the freeze you will be charged a small retaining fee of £10.

The request must be received by the 22nd of the month if your direct debit is collected on the 1st, and by the 7th for those who have a collection date of the 16th. This is to ensure the freeze will take place on your next Direct Debit collection.

Cancelling your membership 

We have no contract or tie in on our monthly direct debit membership options. So you can cancel your membership at anytime giving us 1 months notice. 

The request must be received by the 22nd of the month if your direct debit is collected on the 1st, and by the 7th for those who have a collection date of the 16th.

Pre-paid annual memberships are not refundable in full or part. We do allow memberships to be cancelled on grounds of evidence supporting a material change. For more information please read our terms & conditions.
