Write your fitness goal or pledge on a Vivacity bauble and hang it on our tree in the gym at Premier Fitness, Hampton Leisure Centre or Bushfield Leisure Centre.

A pledge can be anything from adding strength training to your workouts or trying a new fitness class to running a PB in a marathon or losing weight.
