Take part in our February gym challenge
We set regular challenges across all of our gyms to keep you motivated.
Our February challenge is a hang tough challenge - how long can you hang for? The winner will be the person who can hold on for the longest time.
Rules - it needs to be unassisted, so no gloves, chalk or straps to help. Feet off the floor (obviously!)
Ask an instructor to log your effort on the board as many times as you like during the month to be in with a chance of winning an exclusive 'Gym Star' t-shirt.
