We set regular challenges across all of our gyms to keep you motivated.
The October challenge is a bench press challenge. How many bench press reps can you do before you need to stop?
Set the weight to 40% of your body weight (females) or 70% of your body weight (males).
Ask an instructor to count your reps to be in with a chance of winning one of our new Titan insulated steel tumblers (Stanley cups)!
