Overview

My passion for sport started when I competed in athletics for my county at the age of 11. Athletics taught me dedication, discipline and resilience. After my athletics career came to an end at age 16, I discovered the gym. With a Level 3 personal training qualification, I am dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. Working towards my BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science deepened my understanding of fitness and health.

As a personal trainer, I create personalised training programmes that inspire and empower my clients, whether they are aiming to improve athletic performance, lose weight or lead a healthier lifestyle. I am here to guide and motivate you every step of the way.
