What inspired my journey into personal training was my passion for movement and a balanced lifestyle. I have extensive background in dance, gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting.

I believe in moving your body well, doing something you love whilst enjoying life. Work with me to achieve your full physical potential, overcome challenges and to share the benefits of strength and fitness I’ve experienced both with myself and with my clients.
