Totally Active is a sports and leisure club for adults with a disability or long term health condition.

From October to March (term time only), Totally Active Club takes place at Hampton Leisure Centre and includes sports and games, arts and crafts, dance and exercise to music.

This venue includes free parking, a lift, changing rooms, wet room with mobile hoist and physio bed.
