Upper Body Blast with Emma. Vivacity instructor Emma will take you through a series of great exercises focusing on building strength and stamina in our upper body muscles.

Equipment: Dumbbells (Alternatively use tins of baked beans/ full bottles of water)

Step box (Alternatively use the bottom step of the stair case)
