Vivacity gyms offer an excellent variety of fitness classes to suit all tastes and energy levels.

Classes are free with a Vivacity gym membership or can be paid for individually.

Please note you must be at least 16 years of age to attend fitness classes (unless otherwise stated).

A class split in to 3 sections - 20 minutes of Metafit, 20 minutes of core strength and 20 minutes of Yoga stretch.
