Our Vivacity gyms offer an excellent variety of fitness classes to suit all tastes and energy levels. Taught by highly qualified instructors these sessions ensure you incorporate fun and variety into your fitness routine.
Classes are FREE with a Vivacity gym membership or can be paid for individually.
Please note you must be at least 16 years of age to attend fitness classes (unless otherwise stated).

Aqua Fit Deep
A fun deep water workout, a total body toning session.
Aqua Fit Shallow
Suitable for all levels and abilities, an aquafit class in shallow water.
Splash your way into shape with this exhilarating Zumba-inspired pool-based class.
An intense 30 minute class focusing on the muscles in the upper body. Utilising dumbbells, barbells and body weight exercises to perfect your pecs and banish those bingo wings!
This class uses training techniques from Ballet, Fitness and Yoga.
A bit like a circuit training class but with boxing style activities. This is a non contact class but great for fitness, muscle conditioning and stress relief.

Junior Gym (11-15yrs)

KIDS KARATE (Beginners)
A great martial arts class that your children will enjoy, keep fit and educate them on the traditional art of Karate.
KIDS KARATE (Advanced)
This class is the same as the Beginners but for more advanced students.
