We’ve got a great range of classes including Les Mills Body Pump™, Zumba, Yoga, Thai Chi and the popular Studio Cycling. With classes on every day of the week, there’s something to suit your ability, mood and energy level. For a full list of class descriptions click here.

All classes are free with a Vivacity membership, and classes can be booked 7 days in advance online, at reception or by calling 01733 864 657.
