Using Vivacity booking services

By using the booking system you are agreeing to the following booking terms and conditions

  1. Full payment must be made upon booking
  2. Due to high demand for our facilities, customers should only book classes, courts and facilities that they intend to use
  3. Customers should protect password and login details as they will be accountable for any bookings made in their name, whether made by the actual customer or not
  4. Any bookings made on behalf of a child are the responsibility of the adult making the booking, the adult is accountable for payment, and the child must be in attendance and participate in the activity
  5. Off peak gym members will be charged for any bookings that are not included within their membership or if they are out of off-peak hours
  6. Peak gym members will be charged for any bookings that are not included within their membership
  7. Non-gym member customers will be charged for any bookings that have a charge associated with them
  8. Customers who provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice, can amend, cancel or transfer their booking and are eligible for a full refund via the original payment method
  9. We do not offer amendments, transfers or refunds on non-attended bookings
  10. Customers who provide less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the discretion of the manager on duty
  11. Vivacity cannot be held responsible for any bookings made incorrectly or in error by the customer
  12. Customers are accountable for all bookings made in their name (even when made incorrectly) and the charge associated with them
  13. All online bookings will be confirmed by email detailing any transactional information
  14. All online bookings are monitored and customers who repeatedly book facilities and fail to attend will have their access to the booking system revoked
  15. You will need to provide evidence of your booking
  16. Vivacity reserves the right to make any changes to the timetable or the booking system at any time
  17. Vivacity reserves the right to decline any booking or request to use the facilities without reason
  18. Vivacity reserves the right to refuse entry and remove people from the premises without reason

Applying for and using the Vivacity Sports Card

The Vivacity Card is the property of the management (Vivacity Peterborough Culture & Leisure) and must be shown on demand. The management has the discretion over whether the Vivacity card application is accepted. Acceptance constitutes a binding contractual agreement between the management and the applicant upon the Terms and Conditions of the Vivacity Card and the rules of its venues. Any fraudulent or inaccurate information given in the application will result in the cancellation of all Vivacity Card benefits, and any further action deemed necessary by the management. 

A lost, stolen or damaged Vivacity Card should be reported immediately to any Vivacity venue. Replacement cards are issued free of charge for the first card lost, and at £5 per card for each subsequent card. Vivacity Cards are issued to named cardholders. Use by any other person is not permitted and will result in the cancellation of the Vivacity Card and its benefits. The named card holder is responsible for any items issued on the card. 

The Vivacity Card entitles the holder to the concessions and discounts listed in this leaflet or at vivacity-peterborough.com. These discounts are subject to availability and may be altered or withdrawn by the promoter without notice. Certain benefits may need to be activated by visiting facilities at a later date, this will be communicated to the holder at sign-up. 

Neither Vivacity Peterborough Culture and Leisure nor its partner management will be liable for omissions or inaccuracies in this leaflet nor the acts or omissions for any participating venue or promoter, nor for any loss, damage, expense, injury or death sustained by any person, howsoever caused, except in so far as the law prevents the exclusion of such liability.

*Free swimming for the under 5’s when accompanied by a paying adult. Proof of identity includes the following: Proof of address: Utility bill | Council tax bill | Bank Statement | Medical card. Proof of identity: Driving licence | Passport

To be eligible for a concessionary rate the following evidence must be produced:
