12 gym challenges in December prize draw

Who is who and what is what:

1.1 Your relationship with Vivacity (“Vivacity”).

1.2 These terms of use set out the legally binding contract between “Vivacity” and you in relation to the 12 gym challenges in December and prize draw.

1.3 The promoter of the challenge is Vivacity, Nursery Lane, Fengate, Peterborough PE1 5BG.

1.4 You will be deemed to accept these terms if you take advantage of the challenge and prize draw.

1.5 “Vivacity” shall use and take care of any personal information you provide to them as described in their privacy policy, and in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not disclose this personal information to a third party without your consent. By taking part you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you.

1.6 “Vivacity” reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or the rules at any time without prior notice.

Offer rules:

2.1 The prize draw is organised by Vivacity.

2.2 There are five prizes, one per winner, and prizes will be drawn in the following order:

2.2.1 Three months free gym membership up to the value of £171, depending on your chosen home venue.
2.2.2 £50 beauty voucher from Kállos Beauty & Spa, based in Vivacity Premier Fitness
2.2.3 30 minute sports massage at Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre, based in Vivacity Premier Fitness
2.2.4 Vivacity Titan steel insulated steel tumbler
2.2.5 Hot drink and a cake for two in the café at Vivacity Premier Fitness

2.3 If you are the winner of three months free gym membership and you are already a Vivacity member, your account will be credited monthly for the value of your monthly membership fees. If you are on an annual or six months membership, the expiry date will be increased by three extra months. 

2.4 Vivacity takes no responsibility for third party prize donations.

2.5 You do not have to be an existing Vivacity gym member to take part in the challenge.

2.6 All challenges must be verified by a member of staff and your challenge postcard stamped to be entered into the prize draw. 

2.7 To complete the challenge you need to complete all 12 gym challenge during December. You can complete up to three challenges in a single visit to the gym. 

2.8 If you do not complete a challenge first time, you can repeat the challenge as many times as you like. 

2.9 The challenge runs from 1st to 31st December 2024 and a winner will be announced on 8th January 2025.

2.10 “Vivacity” accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking advantage of the offer. “Vivacity” further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the offer.

2.11 This offer and these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute with a UK resident arising out of or in connection with this offer.
