Who is who and what is what:

1.1 Your relationship is with Vivacity, a trading style of Peterborough Culture, Heritage, Learning & Leisure (“Vivacity”)

1.2 These terms of use set out the legally binding contract between “Vivacity” and you in relation to event bookings.

1.3 You will be deemed to accept these terms if you purchase a ticket to an event.

1.4 “Vivacity” shall use and take care of any personal information you provide to them as described in their privacy policy, and in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not disclose this personal information to a third party without your consent. You agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process your order and contact you.

Terms of event bookings:

2.1 Tickets are sold by "Vivacity" only.

2.2 Tickets can be purchased on our website or at any Vivacity venue. 

2.3 On purchasing a ticket, you will be required to give basic personal details (name, contact number and email.) 

2.4 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. 

2.5 Bookings are non-refundable, including if we have to cancel an event or close during an event due to circumstances beyond our control. 

2.6 Peterborough Lido will still opens during inclement weather, with the exception of thunder and lightning. 

2.7 Events are subject to change, which could include the entertainment being different to what is advertised. 

2.8 Events at Peterborough Lido are strictly alcohol and drug free events. Anybody suspected to be using drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave. 

2.9 Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.
