Welcome to the Priestgate Vaults, a chance to explore layers of history and meet people from the past, associated with the building which now houses Peterborough Museum.
The tour lasts about 45 minutes, and is not suitable for those aged under 8 or of a nervous disposition.

The Vaults are also ideal for schools or education visits with specially tailored education sessions, or for private hire for an unusual venue for your event, group or party.
Visitors should be aware that visiting the historic Priestgate Vaults involves some steep steps, so is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users. If you have other access requirements, please contact us prior to your visit and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
